§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 220. This amendment to the procedure for publicising definitive map orders has been included to avoid a situation arising in which persons entitled to receive notification of orders would have less than the minimum 42 days in which to object. I beg to move.
