§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 175. Part II of Schedule 9 is a list of plants which may be introduced into the wild only under licence. Amendment No. 175 would add three further species to the list. All are exotics.
