§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendment. We are advised by the Nature Conservancy Council that the population of this attractive butterfly is declining. Its addition to the schedule of creatures which require a degree of special protection is therefore justified. I beg to move.
