§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 142. With this amendment I can speak to Commons Amendments Nos. 145, 147, 148, 150, 151, 172 and 176. These are drafting and clarification amendments to the footnotes and they are intended to be helpful.
