My Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 45 and 46. These are simply drafting amendments. Noble Lords will recall that this subsection was amended in a number of different ways in this House earlier in the year, as part of the tidying up of the consultation process. These amendments, in our opinion, improve the drafting. My Lords, I beg to move.
