§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 17A, 18 and 19. The three amendments make identical provision in Clause 9 as did Commons Amendments Nos. 1, 2 and 3 to Clause 1. They provide defences for people charged with possession of an illegally killed or taken wild animal.
