§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 14. This amendment seeks to do two things. First, to make a drafting change by replacing paragraph (a) of subsection (1) by subsection (1)(a). Second, to remove the reference to subsection (2) which was rendered superfluous when the House accepted Amendment No. 13.
