§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 93. This paves the way for a later amendment, No. 105, which will insert in the Bill a more substantial clause about the duty of water authorities. I suggest that it would be convenient to delay speaking to this amendment until we get to No. 105.
