§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 50. This amendment simply corrects an omission in the definition of "authorised person". District Salmon Fisheries Boards are constituted under the 1862 Act and are not local fisheries committees constituted under the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966. My Lords, I beg to move.
