My Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment [...]ble Lords will recall that, during the [...]this Bill in this House, there was [...]ions (1) and (2) of Clause 6 on birds, [...]of Clause 9 on animals and in sub-[...]use 13 on plants, a prohibition on [...]ition to, and complementing, alban on the sale of birds, animals and plants except for specified exceptions. It is the practice in legislation to include for clarity a definition of advertisements. This amendment so does. My Lords, I beg to move.
