8 Clause 4, page 5, leave out lines 8 to 16 and insert—
(b) anything done under, or in pursuance of an order made under, section 21 or 22 of the Animal Health Act 1981; or
(c) except in the case of a wild bird included in Schedule 1 or the nest or egg of such a bird, anything done under, or in pursuance of an order made under, any other provision of the said Act of 1981.'.
§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 8. The Animal Health Act 1981, which is a consolidation measure, has superseded the Diseases of Animals Act and the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act to which reference was made in Clause 4. Amendment No. 8 simply reflects the new situation. There is an identical amendment to Clause 10. I beg to more.
