Baroness Trumpington had given notice of her intention to ask the following Question:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether there is any element of central Government financial support involved in the London Transport subsidy scheme.

The noble Baroness said: My Lords, in view of the fact that matters closely connected with my Question are at this very moment under judicial consideration, I do not propose today asking the Question which stands in my name.
