§ The Chairman of Committees acquainted the House that (pursuant to the resolution of 22nd October last) the Bill had been deposited in the Private Bill Office, together with the declaration of the agent; the Bill was presented, read a first time, and then read a second time pro forma reported from the Select Committee on unopposed provisions with amendments and recommitted to a Select Committee.
