§ Lord LyellMy Lords, in moving the Motion which stands in my name on the Order Paper I would wish to draw your Lordships' attention to a small error. The fifth line of the order of clauses should read:
Clauses 3 to 16 and 18 to 62instead of:Clauses 3 to 62".With that in mind, I beg to move the Motion in this corrected form.
§ Moved, That it be an Instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to whom the Companies (No. 2) Bill [H.L.] has been committed that they consider the Bill in the following order, viz.:—
