43 Schedule 3, page 103, line 14, at end insert— 19A. In section 174 (transfer to county court of money recovered in High Court by infants &c.)—

  1. (a) in subsection (1), for "of unsound mind" substitute "a patient"; and
  2. (b) add after subsection (2);—
(2A) In this section "patient" has the meaning assigned to it by section 101 of the Mental Health Act 1959.".
