§ Lord BellwinMy Lords, this amendment merely deletes some inappropriate wording. There is no longer any provision in subsection (6) relating to suspension orders. The phrase is therefore not meaningful and should be deleted. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendment.
