141 Schedule 4, page 74, line 6, leave out subsection (4) and insert— '(4) Where there is a hearing under this section the accused (or all the accused as the case may be) shall attend it: Provided that if the court so permits the hearing may proceed notwithstanding his (or their) absence.'.
