§ Lord MACKAY of CLASHFERNMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 57 and 58. These are required in order to tidy up the provisions for service of documents in relation to Clause 26. Subsection (3) contains detailed provisions as to the manner of service on the prosecutor. Subsections (5), (6) and (7) contain provisions with regard to notice to the prosecutor, and Amendments Nos. 57 and 58 attract to them subsection (3) provisions with regard to the manner of service. They are basically drafting amendments. I beg to move.
