1906§ The Earl of MANSFIELDMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 14. This amendment restricts the period of ineligibility for jury service to five years after an individual has ceased to be actively concerned with the administration of justice as a member of one of the categories in Group B. I beg to move.
