11 Before Clause 19, insert the following new clause:

'Expenses

.There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase attributable to this Act in the sum payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.'

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 11. This is the standard form of money clause necessary in any Bill whose provisions involve the expenditure of public money. I beg to move.
