168 Schedule 7, page 90, line 22, at end insert— '62A. For section 436 (forfeiture of implements) there shall be substituted the same provisions as constitute section 233 (forfeiture of property).'.

My Lords, this amendment brings Section 436 of the 1975 Act into line with the equivalent provision relating to solemn procedure, Section 223. I beg to move.
