§ The Earl of MANSFIELDMy Lords, this amendment is designed to enable local authorities to use the specific grants which will be provided by the Secretary of State under Clause 77 to grant-aid the provision of hostel accommodation by voluntary organisations, so that they will not necessarily have to undertake the provision themselves. I beg to move.
