§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment. It was made in Schedule 2 to this Bill and its necessity is due to the fact that when the Bill was drafted it was thought that the British Aerospace Act 1980 would now be in force. That is not now in fact the case, and it will therefore preserve part of Section 3(6) of the Act of 1977. I beg to move.
