HL Deb 27 March 1980 vol 407 c957
Lord DENHAM

My Lords, owing to an error, consideration of Commons' amendments to the Lords' amendments on the National Heritage Bill appears on today's Order Paper as last business. It had been arranged, in consultation with the usual channels and with those with an interest in the point concerned, that this should be taken before consideration of amendments to the Companies Bill, which is expected to take several hours. If no noble Lord objects, I propose that consideration of the amendments to the National Heritage Bill should be postponed until Monday next, when it can be taken at a time more convenient to your Lordships.

It may also be for the convenience of your Lordships to know that dinner will be available this evening at the usual time.
