Moved, That the Standing Orders relating to public business be amended as follows:

Standing Order No. 61

After "Procedure Committee" insert "Science and Technology Committee".

Standing Order No. 62

In line 3, after "but" insert "he must not attend any meeting while the Committee deliberate, unless invited by the Committee to do so, and". —(Earl Ferrers.)
