The Commons appear to be minded to be slightly more generous to the railway pension schemes than we were minded to be, but I see no reason to dissent, and I advise your Lordships to agree to the Commons amendment.

§ Lord UNDERHILLMy Lords, briefly, may I say how much we appreciate the amendment made in the Commons. This 111 is, I think, the third change, and presumably if there were more stages for this Bill, we should get back to the original 60 per cent. We have pleasure in supporting the amendment.
