§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill do now pass.
§ Moved, That the Bill do now pass.—(Lord Mackay of Clashfern.)
§ Lord RENTONMy Lords, I feel that we should not let this occasion pass without acknowleging that the noble and learned Lord Advocate and the parliamentary draftsmen have made splendid progress with this piece of consolidation. It was not very long ago that we had an amending Bill before us that called for consolidation. We have now got it and we should pay tribute where it is due.
§ On Question, Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
