§ The LORD CHANCELLOR rose to move, That the regulations laid before the House on 8th July be approved.
§ The noble and learned Lord said: My Lords, this is the same thing as regards Scotland. Technical reasons involve a separate set of regulations and I think I may move them formally. I beg to move.
§ Moved, That the Legal Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) Regulations 1980 be approved.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
