My Lords, with the leave of the House, at a convenient moment after 3.30 my noble friend Lord Elton will repeat a Statement being made in another place on the Government of Northern Ireland.

It may also be for the convenience of the House if I announce that it is intended to adjourn the Committee stage of the Housing Bill at approximately 8 p.m. The House will then take the Unstarred Question on the EEC Budget for 1980 in the name of my noble friend Lord O'Hagan.
