HL Deb 31 January 1980 vol 404 c993

3.35 p.m.

Lord ABERDARE

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered. So far as I know, the only one of these 261 amendments which has attracted your Lordships' attention is Amendment No. 64 and I have arranged for that amendment, and the Motion standing in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Derwent, to disagree to it, to be printed. The remaining amendments are available in the normal way in the Private Bill Office. It might be for your Lordships' convenience if, with leave, I should move a Motion to agree en bloc all the amendments preceding No. 64. We could then deal with Amendment No. 64, and after that has been done I will, again with leave, move en bloc the amendments from No. 65 to No. 261.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(Lord Aberdare.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
