§ The Earl of WESTMORLANDMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships a Message from Her Majesty the Queen signed by her own hand. The Message is as follows:
"I thank you most sincerely for your loyal and dutiful Address on the occasion of the 80th Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
"I am deeply moved by your wish to be associated with the congratulations offered to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother on this happy occasion and by the warmth of your tributes to her".
