The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, these three amendments are highly technical and excited no controversy, and were Government amendments. I am advised that it is proper for me to move the three en bloc. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said three amendments.

Moved, That the House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

Lord ELWYN-JONES

My Lords, I am sure the House will be very happy to accept the assurance of the noble and learned Lord that these are mere technicalities. Like so many technicalities they appear to be quite incomprehensible, but I am sure noble Lords will accept the assurance of the noble and learned Lord.

The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I am much obliged to the noble and learned Lord.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
