My Lords, I have to notify the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that the Queen has signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts:

Forestry Act,

Confirmation to Small Estates (Scotland) Act,

Public Health Laboratory Service Act.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do now adjourn during pleasure for half an hour until 4.50 p.m. to await the Business Statement.
