§ The LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord Elwyn-Jones)My Lords, I understand that no Amendments have been put down either to this Bill or to the next two consolidation Bills in my name on the Order Paper and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript Amendment or to speak in Committee on any of these Bills.
