HL Deb 26 March 1979 vol 399 c1418
The LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord Elwyn-Jones)

My Lords, I understand that no Amendments have been put down either to this Bill or to the next two consolidation Bills in my name on the Order Paper and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript Amendment or to speak in Committee on any of these Bills. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I propose to move that the Order of Recommitment in respect of each of these three Bills be discharged. In respect of the first, I now beg to move.

Moved, That the Order of Recommitment be discharged.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
