HL Deb 23 July 1979 vol 401 cc1631-2
The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I beg to move that this Report he now received. I think there is nothing I wish to say about this because at Committee stage there were no amendments except Government amendments.

Moved, That the Report be now received.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

Lord ELWYN-JONES

My Lords, I, too, have nothing to add. I merely wish the Bill, which is of a highly technical but valuably reformist character, a fair wind on the rest of its course.

The LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, I am much obliged to the noble and learned Lord for what he has said. We will try to do what we can to blow.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
