My Lords, with the leave of the House, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend the Leader of the House will repeat a Statement being made in another place on the road haulage dispute. He will then repeat a Statement on the effects of the current industrial disputes. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Boston of Faversham repeating a Statement on the bomb incidents.
