§ The noble and learned Lord said: My Lords, all six Amendments form one single group of Amendments. They are all minor drafting Amendments to make it clearer that the Bill is intended to extend only to England and Wales and not to 1107 Scotland. With leave, I propose to move the Amendments en bloc. If any noble Lord wishes to raise a question with regard to any of them, I shall do my best to answer him. I beg to move.
§ On Question, Amendments agreed to en bloc.
§ Moved, That the Bill do now pass.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
