§ The MINISTER of STATE, SCOTTISH OFFICE (Lord Kirkhill)My Lords, as my noble and learned friend the Lord Chancellor said in his earlier remarks, the Scottish Regulations parallel the regulations we have just been discussing as they relate to England and Wales, and accordingly I do not propose to add any further comment. Accordingly I beg to move that the Legal Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Financial Conditions) (No. 2) Regulations 1978 be approved.
