79 Schedule 5, page 36, line 33, leave out " and " and insert " fully registered person " and " fully registered " and ".

80 line 38, at end insert— " fully registered person " means a person for the time being registered as a fully registered medical practitioner under section 7 of this Act or section (Full registration by virtue of recognised overseas qualifications) or (Full registration of visiting overseas doctors) of the Medical Act 1978 or as a visiting EEC practitioner under the Medical Qualifications (EEC Recognition) Order 1977, and—

  1. (a) so far as mentioned in section 17(3) of this Act or section (Provisional registration of practitioners having recognised overseas qualifications) (5) of the Medical Act 1978, but not further, includes a person for the time being provisionally registered under section 17 or 23 of this Act or under the said section (Provisional registration of practitioners having recognised overseas qualifications);
  2. (b) in relation to such employment and such things as are mentioned in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of section (Limited registration of practitioners having overseas qualifications) (13) of the Medical Act 1978, but not in relation to other matters, includes a person for the time being registered under the said section (Limited registration of practitioners having overseas qualifications) with limited registration,
and " fully registered " shall be construed accordingly;
