My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 12. By removing these words from paragraph (e) of Clause 69(4), this Amendment ensures that only the functions of officers' of coroners' courts will be transferred to the Northern Ireland Court Service. The work of other persons, such as pathologists, will not become the responsibility of the new court service. I beg to move.
