§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7, which transfers from the Attorney-General to the Lord Chancellor the power to appoint one of the members (a practising barrister) of the Supreme Court Rules Committee. I beg to move.
