§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 4, which is linked with Amendments Nos. 5, 6 and 8. Together they make fresh provision for a committee to make rules of procedure for the Crown Court, and they give a separate identity to that committee which will be charged with this function. I beg to move.
