My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2. With this Amendment I shall speak also to Amendment No. 3. The combined effect of these Amendments is to remove the two exceptions to the provisions of Clause 35(6). This ensures that all appeals (from inferior courts, tribunals and authorities exercising judicial functions) will, in future, lie to the Court of Appeal rather than to the High Court. I beg to move.
