§ 86 Schedule 11, page 85, leave out line 16, at end insert— ("(2) At the end of subsection (8) of that section there shall be added the words ";and the Welsh Assembly shall publish every report made to it under that provision."")
§ Baroness ELLESMy Lords, I beg to move. This again is the same situation. We have voted on this matter, so we do not accept the Commons Amendments Nos. 85 and 86, which were spoken to when we dealt with Amendments Nos. 49 to 50.
§ Moved, That this House doth not insist on their Amendment No. 84, to which the Commons have disagreed, but disagree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 85 and 86 to the words so restored to the Bill.—(Baroness Elles.)
