§ Lord McCLUSKEYMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 32. This Amendment removes from an otherwise acceptable Amendment on finality of judicial decisions the reference to compatibility with directly applicable Community law. It is consequential on the main Amendments which have just been discussed. There is nothing else to say. I beg to move.
