§ Baroness STEDMANMy Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to provide for the payment of grants to local authorities providing caravan sites for gipsies and other persons of nomadic habit and of grants to voluntary organisations working in the interests of such persons, and to amend the law relating to camps of such persons.
