§ Lord PEARTMy Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. Your Lordships will be aware of the proposal for Addresses to be presented to Her Majesty in Westminster Hall tomorrow morning. If this Motion is agreed to, the House will meet for Prayers at 11 a.m. and then adjourn to Westminster Hall together with Members of another place. Addresses to congratulate Her Majesty on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Her Accession will be read by the noble and learned Lord the Lord Chancellor, and by Mr. Speaker. I am sure that the House will want to support this proposal enthusiastically, and therefore I beg to move.
