My Lords, I beg leave to ask Her Majesty's Government the Question of which I have given Private Notice, namely:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the situation at the Surrey hospitals following denial to the hospitals of food and fuel necessary for the wellbeing of patients and whether they will make a Statement.
