The LORD CHANCELLOR moved the Amendment: Page 32, line 40, leave out subsection (4).

The noble and learned Lord said: This is a drafting Amendment. The subsection to which it refers is not necessary and ought not to have appeared in the Bill. It s there in error and the Amendment emedies the error. I beg to move.
