§ 5 Page 2, line 34, at end insert—
§ "(5B) In the first financial year in respect of which an order is made under subsection (1) above, the amount of the levy calculated under subsection (4) above shall be reduced by two-thirds and in the second financial year in respect of which such an order is made the said levy shall be reduced by one-third."

§ 7 Page 3, line 16, at end insert—
§ "(3A) In the first financial year in respect of which an order is made under section 1(1) above, the amount of the payment calculated under subsection (2) of this section shall be reduced by two-thirds and in the second financial year in respect of which such an order is made the payment shall be reduced by one-third."
§ The Commons disagreed to the above Amendments for the following Reason:
§ 8 Because they might affect the levy and application of water charges, and the Commons do not offer any further Reason trusting that this Reason may be deemed sufficient.
